Absolutely professional service by all the staff especially front desk when we ran into some booking errors (on our end) which was resolved quickly. The views are beautiful. Little walk with the road and you can enjoy a little gondola ride down the mountain. Super cute. Canā€™t wait to go back.

El hotel estĆ” en una de las mejores ubicaciones para disfrutar la gran vista hacia Taxco; puedes ver Santa Prisca, el atardecer y las luces de noche. AdemĆ”s, el hotel es hermoso, los cuartos son espectactulares, espaciosos y con una gran distribuciĆ³n. Pero sobre todas las cosas, el personal nos hizo sentir como si fuĆ©ramos los Ćŗnicos huĆ©spedes ahĆ­, atendiendo puntualmente cada necesidad, con la mejor actitud posible.

El hotel es hermoso y pequeƱo, con solo 9 habitaciones. Si tienen suerte, los atenderĆ” Omar, quien hace todo por mejorar la experiencia. Si no, les tocarĆ” Esmeralda, cuya actitud es arrogante, o tal vez asĆ­ le piden que trate a los huĆ©spedes, porque la gerente jamĆ”s dio la cara. El mantenimiento deja mucho que desear: lĆ”mparas sueltas, agua amarilla en el jacuzzi y alfombras desgastadas. La comida es decepcionante y carĆ­sima; incluso me saliĆ³ un pedazo de fibra metĆ”lica en un platillo, y ni una disculpa. AdemĆ”s, los precios del alcohol son ridĆ­culos: un vino de $150 lo venden en mĆ”s de $1,000. El servicio es soberbio, nunca aceptan errores y no se preocupan por la experiencia del huĆ©sped. Nos fuimos un dĆ­a antes y ni siquiera preguntaron por quĆ©. La respuesta a nuestras quejas fue un mensaje genĆ©rico sin disculpas, reflejando la falta de interĆ©s en mejorar. Las instalaciones valen la pena, pero el servicio y los costos no justifican la experiencia. La alberca es frĆ­a porque no tiene caldera, y el jacuzzi funcionĆ³ solo un dĆ­a. Como siempre digo: vayan y juzguen por ustedes mismos. La vista es increĆ­ble, pero todo lo demĆ”s deja mucho que desear.

El lugar es muy lindo y el personal es increĆ­blemente amable y servicial. El mantenimiento del hotel deja algo que desear. No hay conector de luz en el tocador del baƱo y el techo del jacuzzi estaba resanado sin pintar, no lo que se espera de un lugar spa boutique. Otro asunto es que se quedĆ³ abierta la llave del jacuzzi y el agua que se saliĆ³ del jacuzzi por la coladera les acabĆ³ inundando toda la cocina por lo que me cobraron una multa por mal uso de instalaciones. Entiendo el error de nuestra parte pero la coladera deberĆ­a funcionar, las filtraciones a la cocina no son mi problema. Y por otro lado alguien podrĆ­a haber avisado antes de que se hiciera un caos. Aun asĆ­ paguĆ© sin protestar por que me dio pena que el hotel estaba vacĆ­o. Finalmente, si estaban vacĆ­os sin reservaciones, un upgrade a la habitaciĆ³n siguiente superior hubiera sido un detalle muy apreciado. AsĆ­ hacen en la mayorĆ­a de los lugares y eso genera lealtad. Lo mejor de este lugar fue la gente. Todos increĆ­ble actitud.

La pasĆ© muy bien durante mi estancia. El personal es muy atento y servicial. La comida es buena (leĆ­ comentarios que no, pero sĆ­ es buena). La habitaciĆ³n muy limpia. Ā”La vista es preciosa! Vale la pena hospedarse aquĆ­, estĆ”s a unos 15 minutos del centro en auto/taxi. Si llegas en auto, recomiendo que primero llegues al hotel y luego te desplaces en taxi, no es caro y es mĆ”s cĆ³modo, porque las calles del centro son muy estrechas y empedradas, si no conoces resulta un poco complicado si manejas. Sin duda regresarĆ© :)
