Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel

"The staff were all great, easy excellent communication in English from Cindy with the booking, Bob at check in, Mr. Dong at the reception desk, and the entire restaurant team at breakfast. Breakfast daily was a lavish buffet that had you spoilt for choices - several options of fresh fruits, natural juices, local favorites, vegan and meat options, cheeses, eggs, an omelette station, croissants, even almonds and cashews They arranged transfers from the airport, Ninh Binh day tour and to our our next hotel in Halong Bay all at competitive prices, so it was very convenient 1-stop shop to enjoy Hanoi's Old Quarter and all it offers An excellent location with the lake, local shops and mall, spas, nightlife, restaurants, cafes and attractions all within a maximum 15 minutes walk. The king room with a terrace was exactly as advertised and we loved it! Large, clean, cool, with all amenities, and a very comfortable bed. Loved all our six nights here, highly recommended. Thanks again to Cindy and team and if we're ever back in Hanoi, will definitely stay here again."

"Everything about my stay was phenomenal, from the staff, the room, location, spa services + onsen, to the breakfast buffet. The staff truly goes out of their way to make you feel special. Of all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this was by far the friendliest, most attentive and accommodating staff. Thank you to Rose, Chris, Viper, Louisa, Happy and the rest of the staff for consistently going out of their way for me. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are deciding between hotels in Hanoi, I promise this is the right choice!"
