“Stay here regularly. We booked a more expensive king bed room, was told on arrival we had the best room however when we got there the room was far from an upgraded room and looked more tired than their standard room and wasn’t a king bed in it, the staff very kindly moved us to another room which was far better however it was so hot and even with the fan supplied on all night and window opened, it was uncomfortably hot. Great hotel, but I would choose the basic room in future as the upgraded...

“There was a dirty towel in the bathroom when I arrived. It looked like it had been used to wipe a dirty surface. Otherwise everything seemed clean. I did mind the interleading door - I could hear everything the other person in the adjoining room was doing - watching TV, coughing, unzipping something, talking. I think that is not acceptable - if there is an interleading door it should be mentioning when one makes the booking. And you should charge LESS for that room as the noises from the other...

“Staff were very helpful and friendly. One disappointment was that no house keeping was done in the room presumably because we had a 2 night stay . Any other hotel I have stayed in ( even lower priced ) have at least straightened the bed ,put out clean cups , maybe quick wipe of bathroom .”
