"First day we didn’t get hot water. It is challenging to communicate with staff due to none knows English well. Rooms are clean , staff is disorganized. "
"Hotel is ok location...close enough to the train station and new town. A bit of a walk to the medina. The staff were friendly. My room was on the 1st floor just above the bar and bar terrace so the noise was very loud until midnight or someones 1am. So dont expect any sleep before things close up. However i did find a fantastic little cafe close by - Breizh Cafe which is so friendly and does the best well food....all brilliantly priced!"

"This riad was the highlight of our trip across Spain and Morocco. The wonderful management checked in with us ahead of our stay, arranged a local tour of the Medina (with Amine, who was terrific) and came out to meet us when we arrived and got a little lost. Everything about our stay was perfect, from the amazing decor to the high pressure shower to the delicious breakfast. Stay here if you can! "
"Second time we stay there in 2 years checking in 2 minutes later people are fighting in the lobby like last time no manager in the evening for check-in plus the bathrooms are poorly cleaned I guess for being Morocco it's as good as it gets for the price. Shame Moroccan hospitality is the best in the world but apparently not at the Radisson."
