The landlord is not good and very rude and atmosphere is not good.......smelly room,no water ,no tea ,no kitchen excess overall totally not recommended to any one washing machine is also paid service

Merhaba, toplam 3 gece bu otelde konaklama yaptım, ama rezerve ettiğim odayı 2 gece başka kişiye satmıştılar ve beni daha kötü banyosu oda içinde olmayan çatı katı bir odada konaklattılar ve bu durum için tek sefer bile basit bir özür dilemediler. İlk gece girişimde onlara bu benim rezerve ettiğim oda değil dedim, haklısınız yarın değiştirecez dediler, peki belki sıradan bir yanlışlık oldu düşünüp geçtim, yarın olunca sabah saat 11 gibi kaçta odama taşınabilirim sorduğum da bir daha yarın dediler ve en son yahu 2 gündür duş alamıyorum, bana book ettiğim odayı veremiyorsanız iade talep edecem söyleyince en başta vermesi gereken odayı verdiler. Resepsiyon sorumlusu hiç orada değildi ve uzaktan telefonla iletişim kurardı. Mutfak alanı vardı ama kullanabilmek için saat belirtmemişler ve tahminim anca saat 11-17 arası açıktı çünkü ben saat 18 gittiğim kilitliydi. Girişte berbat kokudan bahs etmek bile istemem. Tovaletteki mosluk çalışmıyordu ve bunun ilgili de ne açıklama ne özür duydum. Tek kelime desem rezalet bir otel, tabii bana göre boutik yada apart bile değildi ama o ülkeye göre 2* oteldi. Eğer şehir gezisim iyi geçmeseydi kesin hayatım boyunca yaptığım en kötü tatil derdim. Bu sözde olan oteli hiç kimseye ta siye etmiyorum.

Oda temizdi ve şehir merkezine yakın konumdaydı. Bunlar haricinde her şey kötüydü. Yardımcı olacak birini bulamadık. Bomboştu otel. Bir apartmanın en üst katı. Asansör yok. Görevli yok. Hiç bir şey yok. Önce rezervasyonunuz yok dendi. 3katı indik sonra diğer otelmiş dendi. Sonra geri çıktık. Sonra burasıymış dediler. Basit bir rezervasyonu bile bulamadılar. Ne ütü ne saç kurutma makinesi hiç biri yok. İsteyeceğimiz bir görevlide yoktu.
