We paid for breakfast to be added to our stay in Tbilisi. But it was not in their records. When we came in after around 28 hours of our long trip, the customer service of the hotel was not very helpful, anywhere else in world they would take care by offering water or some drink and helping with the baggage, but they were very unresponsive to our situation and even when they heard that the airport lost our baggage, they didn't offer any help in following with airport. we didn't have a phone number when we arrived. Anywhere else in the world that we stayed in hotels, the staff are usually extremely helpful.
