This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. Absolutely top notch housekeeping staff from top to bottom of the building. Very helpful and friendly front desk. Great bathrooms, close to soundproof walls, zero complaints here.

Everything very good specially location

The breakfast was outstanding. Delicious! Including my eggs Benedict. I would stay at the hotel again just to eat the breakfast again!

Overall it is a beautiful property and one can see touches of it being a palace if the dukes everywhere. Very grand. Rooms were clean, well furnished, lots of closet space, very comfortable bed mattress, pillows and comforter. Bathroom was beautiful with a shower and tub ( although we prefer shower only). There was free coffee and tea in the room and water ( the water is drinkable from the taps). A nice welcome was a box of the local delicacy ( nougat) in the room when we checked in and chocolates the next day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and since we arrived on Xmas day, we were welcomed with a drink of a really good Kava, which felt great as it was late evening and perfect welcome after a flight. Our room in general was very spacious but was on top floor which has dormers. So there was very little natural light, the dormer took up a lot of space so visually the room looked large but there was space that was not usable. We also kept hitting our head against the dormer every time we had skirt around a desk to go open or close the small window shades. I am not sure if related to the category of room or availability as we checked in late. I would take a smaller room next time and have a large window. Also we had 2 rooms and were able to get adjacent rooms, our daughter’s room was on the corner and had proper high ceilings all over.
