bathroom is not clean at all walls in bathroom are peeling water licking in the toilet disaster

No room cleaning even not once a day. No towel change, no bed setting. Service of room poor

Hotel doesn't care if you live in dirty clothes...

Tried to organise laundry however no one came to collect it. They have 3 different documents with 3 different times to collect laundry. Receptionist didn't seem to care at all and suggested to wait until tomorrow...in dirty underwear and to read the correct time, which I did on the laundry sheet in my room. Totally overpriced and service is garbage. Don't believe the hype. I won't be staying at any leonardo hotel ever again and won't be recommending to friends or clients.

Great city break

We stayed at the Leonardo for a quick city break. The hotel is quite and clean but with small rooms. The business lounge has a very nice buffet (free for guests) and a very reasonably priced bar. The breakfast is more than you can handle, lots of dishes and salads. It seems the hotel needs a little renovation in and around the rooms, but nothing major. The check in and check out were fast and efficient. Lots of great restaurants around the hotel.
