"The TV didn't work. The room had no air conditioning, the put a swamp cooler in there. We left for a few hours, when we came back to the room it smelled awful like trash, from the swamp cooler. We had to stay in that room until the next day, until a room came available "

"An amazing experience! The grounds were beautiful and the atmosphere was so peaceful. A great escape for those seeking tranquility. The Vineyard Rose Restaurant is excellent; we ate breakfast. there three days in a row and had dinner one night to celebrate a special occasion. Julio was amazing and provided exemplary service! We are definitely looking forward to returning there again! This location was also close to Calvary Chapel and we enjoyed their worship service! Thanks and praise be to God! :)"

"This was the worst Marriott I have EVER stayed at. Not worth the $300 weekend rate. I’d pay $125 tops to stay at this place. Staff were terrible. The AC in my room did not work. Trying to get a credit was impossible - the manager wasn’t available and they said she wouldn’t be in until Tuesday and would call me (I checked out Sunday). Haven’t heard anything back. DO NOT STAY HERE - it’s a total rip-off. Property is very dated. I arrived at noon, I didn’t expect a room, but checked in so a room could be assigned to be when available. When I returned at 5:30pm to pick up my room key, found out they never checked me in and they said there were no rooms ready. Check-in time was 4pm. I had to wait for a room. Disorganized and awful. "

"The bed sheet was covered in short brown hairs and it seemed like they hadn't changed the sheets since the last guest. The couch was covered in stains. The breakfast was pretty disappointing. "

"The staff for the most part were nice and helpful. Entering the hotel it was clean but once you get into the rooms it’s a whole different story. We called ahead to get our 2 rooms next to each other on a Thursday night and Friday night costing one room to be $700 for both nights for a wedding. We had booked one of rooms to have a tub in it due to have our BABY with us. Rooms were somewhat cleaned it could’ve been better for the $350 a night per room on a weekday! Room 1 with the shower still had random hairs in it before us even using it and the tub. Room 2 the sink and tub were clogged and we didn’t realize until late at night once we were done with all our wedding prepping and need to wash off our blood, sweat and tears. And give our baby a bath. The most frustrating part of our stay. Makes you wonder how much cleaning they actually do here. How do you clean a sink or shower without running the water. Also our key scan monitor on our door kept falling off endlessly in our second room and that point we were just over it and wanted to leave and go home. Another thing what is the point of having the texting option for help when they don’t help from it either. I texted asking for a do not disturb sign and a text saying yes of course and never got it, I texted about the clog in our bathroom nothing. I had to call, go to desk or ask one of the cleaning ladies. For the price we paid and the issues we had(there’s more) NEVER coming here again."
