Good hotel, but service needs improvement

The hotel is nice and the room too. Service should be better, specially at checkin which was a bit slow and co fussing about the parking space (included for free if there are spaces available)

La ducha se tapo, la cama sonaba, me cobraron un cargo extra de impuestos, estaba usando la piscina y nos apagaron la luz, en el desayuno debíamos salir temprano y no tenían vasos desechables para llevar café, una pesima experiencia

Ruido

Ubicado en un lugar con mucho ruido de tráfico a toda hora. El aire acondicionado no controlan ellos y nos estábamos asando de tanto calor. Reclamamos en el front desk y nos solucionaron el problema.

Habitación ruidosa, niegan cambio de habitación

El servicio no es cordial. De mis dos noches, la primera fue terrible, había mucho ruido de camiones y bocinas desde la avenida. El hotel tiene habitaciones más silenciosas así que pedí un cambio al día siguiente a las 8am y otra vez a las 1pm, dónde la respuesta fue negativa a pesar que a esa hora si tenían varios huéspedes que hicieron check out. La segunda noche puse el colchón de la otra cama, almohadas y la base cubriendo la ventana y dormí genial, pero no hubo ninguna ayuda de parte del hotel para resolver el problema.

DESAYUNO y RESTAURANTE decepcionante

El hotel está bien, lo que no entiendo porque los restaurantes en todos los Diego de Alamagro son tan malos. Deberían contratar otro cheff u otro responsable del Restaurante. El desayuno es super malo, el IBIS BUDGET lo supera en desayuno. La botella de Vino en el restaurante es 4 veces el valor del supermecado, normalmente se acepta 2 veces pero no cuadriplicar el valor.

Estadia en Temuco

El hotel muy cómodo y agradable, pero en comparación con los otros hoteles de la cadena puede mejorar sobre todo el desayuno, que estando en el sur de chile podría tener mermeladas naturales y no envasadas y más surtido de pan.
