Das Personal war sehr nett und die Umgebung war praktisch, überall zu Fuß erreichbar und in der Nähe gibt es ein Park, wo man schönen Ausblick über die Stadt haben kann.

Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Nettes Personal, sehr sauber und ruhig. Für Vegetarier etwas wenig Auswahl am Buffet.

Hotel with a wonderful area inside!
Pros: Room was very clean. The furniture is in good condition (some new, some older). The mini-fridge was surprisingly spatious. The terraces are big equipped with clothes rack to dry them if needed. Surely, they propose cleaning and change of towels every day, but we asked for it only two times during our 9-night stay. Second time they changed the linens as well. Staff were all nice. Receptionists and bar/restaurant personell were helpful and attentive, and cleaning staff were top. The pull area and gardens are beautiful and well maintained. You can play mini-golf, ping-pong and tennis for free. Common areas are clean and in a good condition. Private parking has very limited amount of spaces, so we never catched it free, but around the hotel there are plenty of spaces, so we could find place even during the dinner when all people return back to the hotel. Breakfasts were ok, more or less the same all the time, but dinners were really good and different each day. Some days better, some worse, but overall it was always possible to find something for ones taste. Desserts were ok, ice cream was nice. We were in January, so I cannot evaluate air conditioning. Cons: They don't propose draft beer during the dinner. The heated pool could be warmer. Surely, it was warmer than non-heated ones, but still. There were barely a few people swimming. It was not our case, but some economy rooms seem to hava no view at all (on the wall), so it is better to verify with the hotel.

No so bad at all.
Overall good . The place was in a good condition. All staff was very nice and friendly. You need to be in a good physical condition if you want to go outside he hotel to visit the beaches and the rest of Puerto de la Cruze as i was very elevated. The place was at our stay completely invaded by German retired couples. We had he half board and he buffé was no bad but could have been a bit better. Many of the dishes should needed a bit more of seasoning. The pools was said to be heated during winter time, his I doubt except from the 2 whirlpools.

Excelente trato del personal, situación del hotel muy tranquila, buffet correcto, buena animación nocturna, agradable espacio de piscina... Por poner algún "pero", diría que en el desayuno no habían zumos naturales, y también echamos de menos la posibilidad de tener café o té en la habitación.

Mi experiencia ha sido decepcionante ya que soy celíaca, cuando llegué a recepción me aseguraron que en el desayuno podría pedirle al encargado lo que quería(he pagado como todo el mundo). Cuál es mi sorpresa que me traen 2 tristes tostadas y poco más y ni se preocuparon por preguntarme si era de mi gusto o querría más. Totalmente decepcionante para el nivel de estrellas que tiene. Otros con muchas menos le dan mil vueltas. Además no me siento segura en el hotel. Gracias

En cuanto al Hotel, bien. Nada que decir, buena habitación, limpieza correcta. A mejorar: las sombrillas . Dan pena. Muy viejas, son de cañas totalmente estropeadas. Tendrían que poner sombrillas nuevas y no de cañas. Nos matamos por encontrar sombra. La comida: hay que tener cuidado con determinados productos. Algunos bien, otros....ninguna calidad ni para llegar a un 5. Exceso de sal en algunas como en los huevos revueltos que comí..., gazpacho agrio que tuvieron que cambiarlo. Por la noche yo y mi acompañante pedimos 2 Dry Martini. No sé que es lo que nos pusieron..era una mezcla de hielo, agua y sabor a vino blanco seco. No lo reclamé. Como estancia, bien. El problema es en la calidad muy regular de la comida, y bebida, al menos en éso que pedimos.

Entspricht keinem 4 Sterne Hotel
Wir waren nur für eine Nacht im Hotel. Unser Zimmer mit der Nummer 28 war nicht sehr groß. Wir hatten ein Standardzimmer für 2 Personen und ein Kind gebucht. In diesem Zimmer gab es keine Möglichkeit ein Bett noch zusätzlich aufzustellen. Es gab keine Hotelmappe oder Hinweise auf Fitness oder Sauna. Wir haben bei der Rezeption oder Personal gefragt, aber wir wurden im Hotel von einer Seite auf die andere geschickt. Da es regnete hätten wir gern im Hotel etwas unternommen. Im Zimmer und ganz besonders im Bad müsste einiges renoviert werden.

Séjour à Puerto de la Cruz.
Hôtel moderne avec plusieurs piscines. La chambre avec balcon et vue sur la mer est spacieuse et moderne, mais il y faisait chaud malgré la clim. Mauvaise insonorisation. Le pdj pas terrible, produits industriels, pas de produits locaux, j'ai connu beaucoup mieux. Partie bar très bien, les serveurs agréables.
