“For what we paid the hotel is outstanding, the Guy on reception is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the local area,, he can’t do enough for you. The hotel is really relaxed about bringing your own drink etc to the pool. The pool bar is superb and very reasonable cost wise. The location is fantastic, especially if you’re on a budget, very clean and the water in the swimming pool is immensely clean and warm in the bottom pool! “We had a great stay at the palm beach. Entertainment at the pool or in the evening each day we stayed which was a great bonus. Lots of amenities at the hotel area too, 2 mins to the strip and the cafe type shop that makes toasties/baguettes just outside the hotel was amazing!!”

“This resort has wonderful view with Los Gigantes and also has nice employees. The reception took care of our booking for several leisures(eg. Paragliding) and Aqua restaurant. I also enjoyed songs from the resort’s own restaurant(cant remember name) and they were wonderful singer couple. Comenting about Aqua, it is a indepent restaurant from the resort but located 2nd floor of the resort. They serves nice foods and moods.
