Breakfast buffet was good, getting there early is a long wait. Near Dotonburi was great. Namba walk (underground outlet store in subway) was great to find food. Maybe I missed it but there is no staff on-site. Be prepared to do things yourself. Very big rooms and comfortable for a family.
