Las puertas deben tener cadena de seguridad por dentro de la habitación. La habitación se abre girando la manija hacia arriba aún cuando ya haz colocado el seguro. Todo lo demás excelente !!!

El hotel está céntrico. Muy bien ubicado. Muy limpio. Está nuevo, nos comentaron que tiene dos meses de haber abierto. La construcción y los cuartos están muy bonitos. Tiene un reloj Olvera en la fachada increible. Muy bonito. Pero sólo tuvimos dos inconvenientes: 1. El reloj empieza a sonar a las 7am. Se supone que uno va a descansar. Y la primera melodía del reloj sonó a las 7am!!!!! Punto negativo. 2. La noche del sábado 24 de junio, había un grupo de personas en el area de restaurante, entre los que supongo (desconozco por completo si era o no), se encontraba el dueño del hotel. Tenían música y estaban echando muy buen relajo como si estuvieran en la sala de su casa. Tardamos en dormir y hasta que hablamos por teléfono a recepción, se callaron. De ahí en fuera, el hotel está padrísimo. La alberca está muy bonita, muy limpia. El jardín muy bien cuidado. La atención del personal, excelente. Son pequeños detalles, que espero puedan mejorar para poder regresar.

Los cuartos del último piso son auténticos hornos: llegamos a dormir a la 1am y el cuarto irradiaba calor, tuvimos que esperar 2 horas con la puerta abierta para que se igualara la temperatura con el exterior. Parece que los techos no están bien aislados.
