La propiedad es muy bonita, la limpieza de el baño es muy mala, tenía cabellos el azulejo, el lavabo estaba tapado, las toallas manchadas, la alberca descuidada con insectos dentro de ella, he inclusive había un alacrán en la habitación. El desayuno en el hotel regular ya qué en un platillo los frijoles estaban echados a perder y olían muy mal. Más sin embargo la atención de el personal es muy BUENA, auxiliando en todo momento.

El hotel está muy descuidado, los muebles de las habitaciones están viejos, el agua de las regaderas sale muy mal. En general el hotel no se ve cómo las fotos, nos deja mucho que desear y es un lugar al cual no volveríamos ni recomendaríamos. La comida la piden, no preparan todo ahí.

The hotel is not friendly, they asked me twhat move my cars because they were not perfectly aligned... the room had a lot of signs telling you that they would charge the towels if you used them to clean shoes, don’t make noise, etc made me feel scolded con nstantly!!!

Si buscas escapar de la ciudad, esta es una buena opcion. Cuartos limpios (sin TV), ducha caliente, tranquilo, practico, sin muchos ruidos exteriores. Ideal. Recomendable. Si buscas lujos, tal vez no sea tu opcion. A casi 2 km del centro de Tepoz.
