"No info was given about having to pay a deposit on arrival €200 and not given any receipts Room was clean on entry, not once did we get fresh towels Had to ask about the breakfast, as it states bed and breakfast.. We were given a bag containing a small cake, carton of juice and some sugar. No tea ..."
