"Our room itself was very nice and really small - two beds made it really full. Construction was underway at the hotel so no lobby area. Restaurant and bar were moved to a conference like room, served the purpose but no atmosphere. After construction is complete, we would stay there again."

"Experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I paid for insurance for cancellation. Didn’t get my money back. There was no parking for any hotel gas. They had paid parking which was completely full. No street parking which was completely full. Never stay at this hotel. It is ridiculously terrible no good customer service and they don’t refund your money when you buy the insurance your Hotels.com they’re just as terrible when you don’t stay at a hotel you should be able to get your money back, especially when they caused by they’re not having any parking for their customers."

"Great downtown location, close to parkways/tollways, fantastic breakfast, happy hour drinks and small bites, good gym equipment, room temperature controls worked great, good water pressure in the shower and full kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows. Definitely would stay again."

"The negative reviews about the self check-in process are legit. I never received any check-in instructions and had to chase down management through the Expedia app. It turned into about a 30-minute back-and-forth just to get set up with Kasa’s app, which honestly dragged down the whole experience. For me, that alone made the stay feel pretty average—I would’ve happily paid an extra $100 for a traditional, fully staffed hotel downtown and skipped the hassle. That said, the room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. If you’re staying multiple nights, the apartment-style setup is actually a nice perk."
