Top The Black Fedora Hotel Reviews
Harborside at Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina
10/10 Excellent
"Location was ideal and balcony room with water/marina views was amazing. Hourly shuttle and water taxi made it very convenient for the short ride to downtown. We liked the clean and relaxed feel of Mt Pleasant vs staying in downtown district. The only drawback is the Fishhouse is the only restaurant on the premises for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. Daily espresso and bottled water was always available. Pool at beach resort next door was very nice and easily accessible. We would stay here again."
The Francis Marion Hotel
8/10 Good
"Great location for walking to shops and restaurants. Bathroom is extremely tiny!"
Hotel Bennett
10/10 Excellent
"Everything was great!"
HarbourView Inn
10/10 Excellent
"We had an awesome stay at this hotel! The view was absolutely beautiful and made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this hotel! Stayed with my family and 3 kids."
The Ryder Hotel
8/10 Good
"The room was nice and clean. Nice pool with bar. I was very happy about their enthusiasm toward our dog. Very pet friendly. They allowed him in the restaurant and also have a doggy menu. Very close to the city market and good restaurants as well as walking distance to the battery. However, a lot of fees and taxes."
French Quarter Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful inn had a lovely time for our anniversary"
The Palmetto Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely loved our stay at The Palmetto Hotel. The hotel and its decor is beautiful. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have encountered and the shower had great water pressure. Great location, excellent bar and drinks (especially the espresso martini). I would most definitely recommend staying here, especially for a girls trip."
Embassy Suites by Hilton Charleston Historic District
8/10 Good
"Hotel was great. Loved the breakfast in the mornings and complimentary drinks in the evenings. Hated that the parking (Valet) for the hotel was $50 a night on top of already paying to stay there. Hotel was fantastic other than that."
The Ansonborough
10/10 Excellent
"Very nice hotel! Our suite room was beautiful and a very cool design. It has high ceilings and exposed beams and brick exterior walls. Being close to the street, our room was actually very quiet. The nice big windows have shutters which is very handy to close off the outside if you prefer. It had everything in the unit we could need. If we didn't have if the staff would help accommodate. Parking is somewhat pricy at $35 a night plus tax, so basically $40 a night. But it was very convenient to park right next to the hotel, so it was worth it for us. And you get unlimited in and out privileges. We unfortunately had to leave a full day early. I wish the hotel staff would have been willing to credit the day that we checked out early, but they wouldn't even discuss it with us. Non-refundable is all we were told. Strangely, they even charged us for parking on the night we weren't even there, after receiving a final bill for the parking."
