"Room was horrible. Have several pictures. Floor dirty, bathroom was nasty. Towels didn't look washed. We cane back to our room, the so called "maid" had the door open to the room below where we parked. Someone left the room she just made the bed with the same bedding and didn't change anything. We left right then. "

"I had reserved a king smoking room. I called the morning of the reservation to double check the reservation and was assured that I was indeed going to get that room. We we arrived we were told that I had explicitly asked for non-smoking. We showed the gentleman the confirmation on hotels.com and he refused to honor the smoking room."
