“We had a very nice stay at Hotel Parq Central. The hotel has a beautiful, modern décor that gives it a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Martin and Alex, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. “We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...

There were a few things that were annoying such as the electrical outlets mostly not working properly, wasn’t cra about the shower head, a/c just ok, the shuttle service was cancelled & that was a great perk that we looked forward to for back & forth to the airport.
