“Requested room with accessibility due to limited activity intolerance and use of walker my receipt I paid for in advance reflected request. They put us on 3rd floor at end of hallway, shower did not have any handrails or hand held shower head. Make it extra difficult.”

“Breakfast was very good. Room was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed eating on the balcony and able to see the mountains. Except for the smoke. Took forever to get hot water to the sink or shower. Recommend and will return. Close to downtown.”

“The restaurant was good for basic food. The staff was very nic but there was a serious lack of amenities. No hairdryer, iron, cleaning service for a second night stay over. We had to request maid servic for our second night. They said they normally don’t offer it they would take care of it for us. We just needed clean towels and coffeee service. Again, the staff was as great!”

“I’ve stayed multiple times, usually this place is pretty great. This time, staff seemed visibly exhausted, fatigued and overworked..like they are over it. They even mentioned to the guests (us) they were “short staffed.” …It’s not that it was bad..it’s just losing its soul. But maybe that’s Leavenworth. This place needs to figure out who they are. I won’t be visiting at “high season” again, it’s much more enjoyable in mid to late May or Novemberish.”

“Everything is great. Great location, the river...The room was clean. Easy check in. Could have couple bottles of drinking water in the room. There was a little ice to use in the fridge, but very little. They can put an ice machine for common use.”
