"We were able to check in early, all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and well equipped with comfy beds. Thank you! "

"The property is excellent , food in the restaurant superb especially the evening meal. We were served by Massimiliano who was friendly and attentive k, professional without being over the top or stuffy and pretentious - his style suited us perfectly and made for a very enjoyable evening. With no parking very close by dropping luggage off in the rain was tricky. We if possible I would travel my train and with a little less luggage as a result of this. The spa is excellent albeit a little expensive and limited to 90 mins but it is quite small so this controls the numbers in there at anyone time to a comfortable amount and ensures a peaceful experience. Rooms facing the road can be a little noisy with late night revellers on a Friday and Saturday but not too disruptive. Overall a very pleasant stay."

"I was cold in bedroom. Reported it and was told a heater would be supplied. There was already a fan of sorts which I presume was their version of a heater, but I could only get cold air. The lounge was cold too. Breakfast ok, but not much fruit. Lift very slow. General air of needing refurbishment."

"Very nice staff very friendly room nice with very comfortable bed also quiet. Only problem if you have difficulty using stairs inform hotel before booking. I was right on top floor 3 and a bit floors up had difficulty with luggage and stairs. Apart from that a nice hotel"

"Hotel taken over by new ownership since booking made. Major construction work going on outside. Car park a building site. Hotel looks like it couldn't possibly be open from the outside! Some rooms unbearably hot due to sun shining through windows that don't open. Rooms clean but paint/plaster dried onto floors/surfaces and TV screen. No soap, shampoo gel or rubbish bin. The only good things were the polite receptionist and convenient location to the utilita arena (main reason for booking). We wouldn't stay here again."
