“The staff is amazing”

“Kevin the host was amazing. He greeted us and gave us the history of the building and surroundings. It was an easy walk to EVERYTHING! Best time ever. ”

“Our stay at The Monarch San Antonio during the Day of the Dead parade weekend was disappointing, especially for the price.

“Didn’t spend much time for the hotel was nice and the room was clean. I loved the toiletries selection”

“It was a nice hotel but definitely not a luxury hotel. Some of the staff was great (front desk, serving staff at restaurant) some not very helpful or friendly. No personal touches and even room service was lacking. The room itself was lovely and my group was very happy about the rooms. The food at the restaurant was so-so. It’s a good place to stay for a business trip or if you don’t plan to spend much time at the hotel. The gym was decent and the pool looked lovely, but we did not use the pool.”
