Great for closeness to the train. Comfortable beds/pillows. No toiletries apart from bath gel in the bathroom . Close to restaurants bars . Was fine for two nights but that was enough.

The location next to the train station was perfect and only a short walk from bars and restaurants. Friendly staff and nice large clean room. The only negative was the pool usage time for guests. It wasn’t obvious from pre-booking so we didn’t get the chance to use the facilities.

Had the suite room. All good. Only thing is that we were in the builiding on the other side so a little bit inconvenient where you have to go down to level 10 then walk all the way to the other building and then go to the allocated floor. At 21.00 they close the door in that building so if you are a smoker then you have to go all the way to the other buidling again so all in all not so convenient. Staff is great and location is good.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fletcher Wellness-Hotel Leiden. The location right next to the station is unbeatable, and the room itself was impressively spacious and modern. I really appreciated the in-room amenities, specifically having a kettle and coffee-machine available, which made it easy to enjoy a hot drink at any time. One of the highlights was definitely the bathroom—the water pressure was high and absolutely amazing, making for a truly refreshing shower. Breakfast was another high point; there was a wide variety of fresh options to choose from, providing the perfect start to the day. Highly recommended!

Very conveniently located just outside of Leiden Central station. Rooms are clean, large and good value for the price paid. Only downside is that the hotel is located in a commercial building shared with other offices, which means anyone can access the floors for the hotel rooms.

Location is good, just a minute next to the station. Receptionists welcomed us with a sweet and kind smile. I like the welcome mint that placed at the lift lobby. The room (Suite) is very spacious. I like the shower very much. It relaxs me a lot after exploring the city. Suggest to add a door for the washroom and bathroom to give more privacy while someone is using them. People at Living Room can see the people naked after shower. We stayed at 11/F and found it is a bit complicated to get to that floor. We checked in at 12/F Reception. Take a lift down to 10/F and walked through a long way to get another lift to go up to 11/F. When I went for breakfast, I had to go that way too. It is a bit not convenience. My overall experience in this hotel is very good.

Great hotel

The hotel was very nice and close to amenities The pool was amazing, but could only be used til 9:30 in the morning as it was open as a spa at 10, and bathing suits not worn…. I am not comfortable going like that, or I would have been happy to spend the day there
