"Everything about this place was great. The rooms were spotless. The amenities were fantastic but it all came down to location, location, location. You are about a 10 min walk to the Maxwell Food center, 10 minutes away from Clarke Quay and 10 minutes away from the Chinatown MRT. It was centrally located which made it extremely easy to get to Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay and walking distance to the Art Gallery. Would definitely stay here again if I am able to return to Singapore in the future. "

"Superb service from all staff. I can remember a few of the names, Chloe - check in was fast and friendly, Max - pool bar was talkative and informative, Ivan - breakfast was happy and accommodating. Quality hotel. I will definitely be recommending it to anyone. "

"Spotless room, housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. All facilities are well maintained, I went to the pool and the gym, super clean. Prime locution for shopping but the surroundings are very quiet."

"Room is very clean and the amenities are second to none. The staff are all wonderful from the concierge with Ry Anne and Irina (hopefully I have their names spelled correctly) to the room stewards (1758 first time and 1852 the second time). Your employees are all very professional and did their job to the standards of a 5 star hotel. Great and outstanding hotel for the rates or amount customers pay.. Just outstanding!"
