โOverall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game youโre right next door. โ
โWe chose the Lytle Park Hotel for a romantic weekend getaway. We stayed in one of the suites. The room was gorgeous and had beautiful furnishings and decor. The luxury bedding and bath amenities added to the ambience of our stay. The hotel has a lovely lobby bar as well as an authentic Italian restaurant with a variety of options to suit everyone. There is also a rooftop bar to enjoy in the evening. All in all, the Lytle Park Hotel did not disappoint. โ
โThis was a pleasant surprise, I loved this hotel. We came in to catch a ball game and was so impressed at the convince of the is hotel. Itโs modern and clean and cute! Itโs close to the ball park only a short walk and the bed and shower are great! It was one of the best night sleeps I had on our trip. Iโm going to look for IHG hotels in the future. โ
โThis is definitely the biggest bang for the buck in the Cincinnati Newport area. We always like to walk across the river and this is just as convenient as staying at the loft. A bit of street work going on which I didnโt like for our lowered mini Cooper But besides that the roundabouts were fun! Their rooftop bar is a happening area, but we were usually too pooped at the end of the day to actually go up there and enjoy it. Rooms were as spacious as we needed in the shower was a decent size. Nice...
โWe booked a double bed room and they assigned us for king and said that they only had a king bed available. We told them we booked a double bed and that we wanted to move into the right bed that we reserved and then the front desk lady was half shouting at us that they cant do anything about this situation.
Then she asked if we wanted a sofa bed which we said yes to because we didnt want to move the hotel we were too tired. And at the end they meant just the sofa, not a sofa bed to sleep on โฆ....
โThe property is incredible. The decor, history, ambience, and staff can't be beat. I can't wait to come back and stay again. The room had every amenity imaginable, and was very comfortable. The dedicated parking garage was a great feature and even has chandeliers in it! My only issue wasn't with the hotel, it was trying to drive around the area. I suggest parking you car in the beautiful parking garage for your stay then walk or take public transportation (very convenient). This property...
โWhen we walked we were greeted by Deonte and he was amazing. He knew everything we asked about and told and showed us everything about the hotel and its amenities. The kindness and generosity he showed was above any that I have seen or ever heard of. This man should be in charge sharing his skill with others. Thanks for the great stay. โ
โFrom the hotel's location, it was simple and a short drive to get to the riverfront area of Covington and into Cincinnati. There was no view of the Ohio River from the property, which I thought might be visible, but the property was well lit, clean, and my family felt safe on the premises.โ
โWe really enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle to Cincinnati made getting downtown super easy. We would stay here again!โ
โI really enjoyed the atmosphere, however there was little information on the hotel itself and what it offered inside once you got there. I knew there was a bar but not sure about food options. โ
