“Outstanding service and cleanliness… exceeds expectations by far”

“The hotel is so nice and updated. The rooms are clean, beds where so comfortable, bathroom super great! We had a very late check in and found the desk staff ok but slow and seemed to have difficulties with our online reservations. While our kids melted down around us there was no sense of urgency from desk staff. When I tried calling to notify our arrival was going to be very late it took multiple calls to get the main line answered. The online text/chat feature was awful, I kept getting...

“The place is nice and affordable, even has a free breakfast which is decent I would only recommend more gluten free options as it lacked that. But for the price I really cannot complain. ”

“When I came back for my second reservation, the manager at the hotel was very kind and listened to what I had to say regardIng our previous stayed the week before. He totally upgraded us and apologized profusely”

“This hotel is spotless and comfortable. We stay here on our trips back and forth the Okanagan and can always count on it for a good night's sleep. I wouldn't recommend the Denny's attached to it though. ”

“The front desk staff was not the friendliest. When asked for a recommendation on good restaurant he recommended the place that was the partner of the hotel plus one other that was a chain that happened to be close by. This is not how you look for when you ask for good restaurant recommendation.”
