โThe room was very comfortable . Breakfast provisions provided were more than enough to start the day.
The lounge area was a great place for a coffee and a muscat and meet other guests

โVery nice B&B in scenic, peaceful town of Stanley. Rhonda & Chris are gracious hosts who provide excellent service and maintain the facility in pristine condition. The amenities are modern and the tasty breakfast is served in a cozy dining room. We enjoyed our stay at The Ark and would have loved to stay longer โ
โWe stayed in the studio cottage. It is with good ambiance and very spacious unit with full stocked kitchen facilities. The sea view is excellent and all made our stay very pleasant.
There was a recent ownership transition and check in was through a phone call. We booked another unit originally with welcome gift and that was changed and we only found out after checking in. The new owner called and apologised and promised some compensation but never heard again.
There was no instruction on WiFi...
โWe loved The Retreat. Looked to be recently renovated and was well equipped with an amazing view. Has it's own garden and courtyard with a parking space next to it. Would highly recommend.โ

โLoved my little get away. Beautiful little part of Tassie. Fantastic friendly service. Carolyn lent me her own personal phone charger for the duration of my stay ( forgot mine ). Lots of easy walking tracks around the river. Will definitely be back .
