"Very clean. Bed very comfortable. Slept extraordinarily well. Staff was on point, and pleasant. Excellent common spaces with lots of seating, nice lighting and plentiful charging stations. Room size was uncomfortably small, though. Could do with more hooks for hanging jackets, towels, etc. Bathroom light motion detector timer needs to be reset. Lights kept going dark while using toilet & ahower. Wash cloths and mini fridges would be welcome additions."

The room definitely needs better curtains or blackout blinds as it was basically daylight even with the curtains closed come morning time. Check in was 4pm which we thought was quite late. "Nice staff. Clean rooms. Good food. The room we stayed in M001 was behind a mechanical room I guess. All night a buzzer was going off. Sometimes once an hour, sometimes 5 times an hour. It made it impossible to sleep. I'm sure the other rooms might be fine but not that one."

"The building was under construction for the duration of the stay. Had to walk past a man with a power saw to get in and out. That's understandable; however it was not disclosed. Things that were disclosed (i.e a safe in the room) weren't accurate. The window opens up about twenty degrees. Maybe 4 inches to a roof covered in bird poo and the smell of the mechanical devices outside. The only ventilation that you'll have for your stay. For me, the shower flooded, and when a piece of the drain floated up, it was covered in mold. The aesthetics will look nothing like the photos online. Like, not even a bad job, a true "we don't care". I really do think that anyone booking here will be disappointed at least, and probably, pretty upset. I wanted to find the sunny side... There just wasn't one."

"The property was in a great location and the public areas were fine. The rooms definitely need some updating, perhaps new rugs or laminate flooring. The bathroom was clean but had a very strong odor that seemed to improve after a couple of days."
