“The lady might have been the nicest I have ever encountered at a hotel during my years of travelling! The accommodation was very nice for that price point. Was just looking for a place for a good deal with clean sheets, and it was exactly that. There’s no front desk there so it’s best to message the property before arriving. “All the service was good (cleaning staff, restaurants etc.) except the front desk. Except a couple of staff, most of the time they were rude, unhelpful. Had to ask the same thing several times (just to unlock the door cuz they deactivated my card key before the check out time) but never get it done. Check-in was very slow, no info, they said wait here, then 20 mins past, then another staff came, told same thing but no one came for another 10 mins.
