"We arrived early and were able to use all facilities and pool while luggage was stored. It is walking distance to old towne and a lot of great eateries close by. We had a junior suite and it was perfect. Tons of space and spacious bed and sitting area with private plunge pool. Staff were so accommodating and helpful. Steps from the beach."

"This is my second stay in the hotel; after my first stay 4 years ago and having enjoyed it very much back then. 1- not brand new but pretty well kept hotel. no visible wear. 2- its top of the hill, not the seaside; which has some caveats; you have to have a ride to the beach, however; a- you have your own car and drive b- you take the shuttles every 10 min; AC ed and pretty comfy; takes you the best beach club in faliraki; yes you need to pay extra for the beach but well worth the experience. 3- fantastic live music. Leida; electro violin; that is a must see; an african opera group w amazing show as well, nothing you can find everyday- everywhere. 4- dinner; great; desserts; wonderful. pizza lovers? there is pizza from breakfast to midnight. 5- staff is super helpful and accomodating. were pretty motivated to solve issues. 6- spa? nice. a lot of rooms w private pool; a nice upgrade well worth the price."

"Lovely stay for a solo birthday trip. Large resort, decent sized pools with plenty of loungers although they get taken quickly each morning. Really attentive pool staff for drinks each day. Spa facility was fantastic and better than expected. Initially given the wrong room and was a bit tired but moved after 1st night. Fairly basic but comfortable and everything needed for the stay with a decent balcony overlooking the pool/coast. Breakfast was plentiful and staff friendly and attentive. Nice options for the buffet dinner as well as the ability to select 3 other bookable restaurants for 3 courses...very nice touch and breaks up eating in the same place each night. Convenient for a short taxi to old town and walkable to local shops. Had a late flight so once checked out i was able to use the facilities and food/drink for the rest of the day and spa facilities to get refreshed before the airport which was a really nice and helpful touch."

"This is a lovely place to spend a week. We had problems a check in but these were solved the next morning. Slightly isolated so a car is useful and the option for half board was essential for us. Good food helpful staff spacious accommodation and beautiful hotel. We very much hope to return."

"Stunning hotel and amazing rooms. Amazing breakfast and amenities including well equipped gym and pool. The champagne bar was also a highlight. The food was of a good standard in general, but my main complaint is that restaurants cannot be booked before arriving, and when we arrived some of the à la cart options were already fully booked for the full week of our stay. This is unacceptable for a hotel that charges a premium for this. We could also see other guests complaining about this at reception. We also felt the cocktails could be improved and at times it was difficult to get a bed at the pool. Overall great hotel and if they can fix the restaurant booking system would be 5/5."
