"The property is VERY clean, well maintained. Staff is extremely kind and helpful. We had a unique situation where we had to switch to this hotel. We checked in at midnight and the staff welcomed us with a smile. They were helpful with our car, late check out, really anything! Food was delicious and extremely fresh. Cannot recommend this property enough."

"The resort was good overall, but it lacked the finesse I’ve experienced at some other resorts. The staff were genuinely great and provided excellent service throughout our stay, which was definitely one of the highlights. That said, there were several maintenance issues around the resort that took away from the experience — things like loose or damaged tiles, a nail sticking out of the floor, and a handrail that wasn’t fitted properly. Small details, but noticeable in a hotel of this standard. The cocktails also need some improvement. For example, the mojito arrived without mint, and quite a few of the cocktails just tasted overly sweet and syrupy rather than properly balanced. Food was very hit and miss across both the restaurants and the buffet. Some meals were enjoyable, but others were disappointing — the chicken was often very dry, and the burgers from the street food bar were really inconsistent. One was fine, while another was rock hard. On the positive side, the pool area, views, and overall service were excellent. If the hotel can improve the consistency of the food and drinks, along with tightening up maintenance and operational details, it could easily become an incredible resort."

"Very good hotel. Decent food and close to the town and beach. My only complaint is we paid for 1/2 board (dinner and breakfast) and for breakfast we got full buffet and coffee/tea/juice/water etc. But for dinner we only got food and no drinks. I asked for water and they said no they only serve free water at breakfasts, not even free tap water even though it is safe to drink… so they make you pay €6 for a bottle of water with your meal if you want to drink. I’m not sure what the rules are in Greece but coming from the UK that was very disappointing. That being said, staff were friendly and the food was decent when we got it."

"Staff extremely helpful and attentive. Place very clean, loads to do in the resort. You can rent out boat and jet ski right at the beach. Entertainment was top notch - something going on every night. Special shout out to pool aerobics team! Loads of good laugh! We would recommend for you to book Italian restaurant in the resort! Loved the staff and atmosphere! We will be back!"

"Food and drinks were great although some food and especially coffee was not hot even when asked for it to be. Service was good but exceptional in the Champagne and Wine bar. The 3 ladies in there are so lovely and friendly. Great pool areas and the adult only pool was fab, although children were allowed in April/May so at times was a bit noisy. Room was lovely and big, side sea view room Overall a lovely stay"
