โBeen there multiple times over recent years and we always enjoy our stay. A couple things we didn't care for this visit 1) Continuous calls from the Concierge desk. Letting us know at check in about specials and discounts is enough, i don't want notes left on our hotel door, calls, etc. 2) More pool chairs need to be set out during peak season. If every single chair is taken each morning by 9am thats annoying for guests. โ
โOur room was spacious! Great amenities & breakfast. Staff could be a little more accommodating. One downside is, they do not have daily housekeeping. Overall we had a great stay. Beautiful property. โ
โSo many details like mouth wash and skin hydration lotion. Great setup. Bed was super comfortable and they had a nice breakfast. All in all, it exceeded my expectations.โ
โThe hotel staff was very knowledgeable about the area, places to dine and giving directions as well as recommendations. The rooms were clean and very spacious and updated. The showers were nice and the bed was comfortable unlike some places Iโve visited. The water pressure in the sink area was really low. One of the two elevators stopped working during our stay. โGreat location 2 easy blocks to a beautiful public beach with nice facilities. There is a super nice park/ playground for younger kids right next door. Itโs very nice. Close to shopping and restaurants! โ
โWe were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised.
The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch! Would absolutely stay here again. โ
