Stayed for three nights in total for the first time this July. Was very impressed with the hotel. Beautiful lobby and restaurant. Rooms fresh and clean. Beautiful outdoor eating area right on the boardwalk of the hotel. Most importantly for July in Greece, the AC in the room was great. I would absolutely stay again the next time I am in Thessaloniki.

Amazing hotel, the room was fantastic with a huge comfortable bed and excellent shower. My only complaint would be the fact that smoking was allowed in the pool area, it's 2026 and the effect of passive smoking on children's health is well documented, and the pool area was extensively used by children.

We loved our stay! Blissful hospitality from the moment we stepped into the lobby. Our check in was fast , room very clean & bed super comfy! Loved our Molton Brown bath products! Breakfast was excellent, so many options, Greek products, fresh dishes & good service. Our best review goes to the fantastic restaurant staff - must try menu and atmosphere. We had an unforgettable dinner there. Also, must say, Macedonia Palace has more than enough people to serve you, very well staffed & they do their best!

Great location - a fifteen minute walk along the promenade to the White Tower and lots of restaurants - a couple of good restaurants in the other direction as well. The room was great - nice room with balcony and gorgeous sea view. The on site restaurant was good for breakfast and lunch - had one evening meal there which was good but rather pricey. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained - during our one week stay there was one occasion when I needed to wait for a sunbed but generally not a problem - especially if you arrive at the pool before about 10:30. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. No nearby beach but easy to get a boat from the White Tower to reasonably local beaches. Would definitely stay again if we returned to Thessaloniki.

Located at the best part of Thessaloniki with easy access to shopping and restaurants but what pleasantly surprised us was the Michelin level cuisine. Try the melitzanosalata (eggplant dip) in the table side and the sea bass crudo and veal cheeks.

Rooms were large and well maintained. The pool area was small, but the pool itself nice and large. The gym was a decent size, but quite a low ceiling and as a tall person, it meant I couldn't use the treadmills as my head would have hit the ceiling. Breakfast was very nice. My only complaint is the stinginess around water and coffee. You got 4 Nespresso pods and one bottle of water. Any additional you had a note that would have been charged. For a 5* hotel this smarted a bit and felt more like a 3* style action.

Great place I would highly recommend it. Breakfast the next morning was amazing. You have to get a balcony room facing the sea. View of all the ships going by was amazing. Great location for shopping. Just a half a mile from everything.
