“Customer service was excellent. The staff were nowhere to be seen (which I like!) but when a snow storm changed my original plans the hotel was understanding and helpful.
The room was well organized and comfortable, parking lot was small but I never had an issue finding a spot during my stay.
The rate was a good value, especially for the location - wanted to be in Summit & the town/train station was easily accessible via foot. Will definitely be coming back.”

We didn't use the pool but we could have, it was clean and available (we just didn't have time) All in all we had a very comfortable stay and would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars all the way!”
