When I saw their parking lot is almost full I did not expect a quiet night, but it was super quiet. Room was super clean and free from weird chemical fragrances. Comfortable king size bed gave me good sleep and rest.

Beds were made but food, and a bug were found once sheet was pulled back. Food on the floor. The AC works great though, staff is friendly. Would’ve had a good stay if it weren’t for the food in the bed.

A bit disappointed

Check-in was great. Check-in clerk was very accommodating. Price was inexpensive for the area. Parking was sufficient. Bad: i expected a lot more from a Red Roof Inn. Floors we cracked and had some give. Cracked tiles in the bathroom. Bathroom needs an overhaul. Towels and bedding did not match. Beds were not well made.

The customer service was good. But I was told I could not have anyone visit me at my room. The first room was very unclean. But once I told front desk they immediately switch my room for a more clean one. But it's convenient to places to eat as well as grocery stores. I would recommend for an over night stay are someone who's there for constract work. Not business.

When you allow pets, you cannot control the quality of the pets training. Therefore, the cleaning process must be more thorough. I suggest having rooms for dogs and separate rooms for cats. The staff was very kind and going through a family loss. My condolences. Not an excuse for the bathroom to smell like urine.

The housekeeping staff were wonderful. I needed extra towels and washcloths and it was no problem. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain and there were roaches in the bathroom. The other sink, that would drain, had no light over it, so I brushed my teeth and washed my face there, in the dark. The parking lot had some sketchy people hanging out in the woodsy area by it. I don't know if they were guests or just loitering. I'm not sure why there is no continental breakfast. The person that checked us in said they stopped during COVID... well it's 2024 and other hotels brought it back. Why are you being so cheap? We won't stay here again, but it's not the fault of the housekeeping staff.

Should of trusted the other reviews

We knew going in it wouldn’t be great. But we just needed one night for quick trip. we opened door to room and it was dirty. Beds undone and trash every where. Went to office and they were so nice and apologetic. Get to new room and it was ok. Nice big tv. It was cleaned but bed spread had stains on them. Luckily we brought own blankets and threw them off. But could not sleep it was so loud! Thin walls. People screaming/fighting upstairs in the middle of the night. Banging on walls. Dumpster pick up at 5am. Beds were very uncomfortable. Gave two stars bc front desk were so nice and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and tv. Had the most amazing Mexican restaurant next door. Will not come back though.
