The quality of service is insane for the price. The horn of the car is a little noisy, but it is clean and the staff service is good. I caused trouble several times, but the staff responded quickly with a smile.โ

โIts toooo wonderful when I stayed there. when I arrived at the JW. they showed me all of it for comfortment. when the check-in, kitty said just say u need anything, no matter what I can help u. I didnโt have like that saying when I stayed at the other hotel. I stayed at intercontinental / hilton hotels but there were very bad, unkindly, uncomfortable, especially concierge service was too bad. they just look at me when I need ther taxi service.โ
โIl est parfait pour les familles, la seule chose. Il manquait des tiroirs et la toilette, il fallait les faire renouvelรฉe, ainsi que la douche. โ
โIt's really nice location. There are lots of shopping malls around the hotel. Even the hotel itself is connected to the shopping mall with big super market. Basic room is not that big but enough comfortable to stay. If I go to Chongqing again, I am sure to stay the hotel again!โ
