No geral a estadia foi boa. O quarto estava bem limpo,chegamos e tinha um bilhete de boas vindas assinado pelos funcionários com cupcake temático,água de cortesia e um voucher de massagem cortesia. Piscina infantil e adulta muito boa. Play infantil coberto e parquinho aberto também. Café da manhã excelente e uma coisa que nunca vi em nenhum hotel que me hospedei: Café da tarde muito gostoso, achei uma gentileza da parte do hotel ter esse café. Alguns hóspedes estavam falando alto na recepção(após 23 horas), solicitei a recepção e eles prontamente resolveram a situação. Ponto negativo: senti falta de sensibilidade da equipe em 2 ocasiões. 1- estavamos em 3 pessoas (casal e bebe de 2 anos) esqueceram de deixar as toalhas após a limpeza do quarto e quando solicitei 3 toalhas o recepcionistas disse que só iria dar 2 toalhas,ou seja o bebe ficou sem toalha. 2- A limpeza do nosso apartamento sempre ficava por último pq as camareiras vinha do ultimo chalé subindo e o nosso quarto era o 1 e ficava por último. Solicitei na recepção que fizesse a limpeza no horário entre 12 e 14 horas pois estavamos com bebê que tem por hábito dormir após o almoço e não tive minha solicitação atendida, entendo que a limpeza das acomodações é feita por oredem mas faltou sensibilidade da equi em atender uma necessidade do hóspede que estava com bebê. Acabamos ficando sem limpeza no ultimo dia da estadia. No geral foi 9/10 Ponto negativo:

Recepção amável e acolhedora, Muda Hotel é uma excelente opção para quem procura tranquilidade sem perder o conforto e o aconchego. Ponto para o excelente atendimento nos cafés da manhã e tarde pela Dona Socorro e Keila, que nos fazem sentir em casa!

Ótima estadia. Equipe do hotel muito educada e atenciosa. Estrutura excelente, quartos limpos, porém a cama, por ter alguns pequenos “buracos”, estava um pouco desconfortável. A proposta do café da tarde é bem interessante.
