Belo local para descansar

Hotel muito lindo, muitas plantas, muita natureza, quarto muito confortável e muito bem decorado. Funcionários muitos simpáticos, limpeza impecável e com um bom café da manhã. Fica localizado a 5 minutos a pé do restaurante amo e a uns 25 minutos a pé do centro de pipa.

Ótimo lugar para quem quer descansar. Muito verde, silêncio e ambiente aconchegante. Os funcionários são atenciosos e nos deram ótimas dicas da região! O café da manhã poderia ser mais variado.

Nobody in the hotel speaks anything but portuguese. And nobody s making an effort either. If you have any request get ready to be lost in translation: i tried english, italian, spanish, and some portuguese but the receptionist manager and owner are both unwilling and unpleasant. When complaining about noise i was told my room was a standard room and so i should not expect to be put in a more quiet room... as if “standard” had to do with eing noisy! On new years eve the owner also celebrated the new year with his friends, music blasting when none of the clients were partying but rather tried to get some sleep. The views are amazing. The location being 20 mins walk from the centre of pipa, we expected more quiet and chose the hotel for that reason. The breakfast is ok but only starts at 8am which way to late considering one will surely wake earlier ( sun goes down at around 5/6pm and raises at 5am). There s no coffee to be had in your room either. This hotel calls itself “boutique” but has no idea of the standards required to be just that. The decoration funnily all comes from bali for some reason when one would expect to come to brazil. Oh, well, it isnt bad-bad but too expensive ( £200/night during xmas/new year) with these poor standards, noisy rooms, lack of interest from the management to deal with the issue and the impossibility to communicate if you aint a portuguese speaker!

Bangalôs lindos e espaçosos, bem separados uns dos outros, paisagismo fantástico, decoração do hotel muito bonita e zen, inclusive restaurante. A comida do restaurante é muito boa, porém o serviço muito lento no horário do almoço. Café da manhã bem completo. Pousada ideal para relaxar! Adorei e indico!

Excelente para se desligar

Staff muito atencioso, boa comida e localização única, no próprio Chapadão de Pipa, fazem deste hotel uma excelente opção para se hospedar. A única coisa negativa é que não fica próximo ao centro e por isto é imprescindível que se saiba que provavelmente terá que se usar Taxi caso não vá com o próprio veículo.
