Stunning views, relaxing holiday!

The hotel overall was very good. We very much enjoyed our stay. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, which you would not get staying further south of the lake. The staff are very friendly, the restaurant (pizzaria) made beautiful fresh pizzas, we only used the pool once because of the time of year we stayed! This hotel is in a quiet location, one restaurant close by and a drive in to the nearest town so I would recommend a car if you are staying here. Tignale does not have the ferry service stopping - nearest ferry port is Gargnano or Limone, only around 20 minute drive. Overall a very relaxing stay in a STUNNING location.

God beliggenhed og flot udsigt fra balkon. Hvis ønske om udsigt, sørg for at booke værelse, som vender mod pool/spiseområde! Dejligt med restaurant på stedet, da lejligheden var meget sparsomt udstyret med køkkengrej og service. God stemning på hotellet og venligt personale. Ingen børnepool, så forvent sprøjt og vildfarne bolde, når du tager dig en svømmetur - til gengæld er der både pool inde og ude.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr nett und hat uns gut beraten was die Ausflüge anging. Der Pool war noch geöffnet und unsere Kinder sind noch im dunkeln mit Beleuchtung zum schwimmen gegangen.

Moeilijk te beoordelen

Ontvangst door Nederlandse mevrouw bij de receptie was waardeloos. Erg onaardig, arrogant en klaarblijkelijk ergens over geïrriteerd en reageerde dit op ons af. Sleutel bruusk in onze handen terwijl volgende dag gasten naar hun appartement werden gebracht? De Italiaanse mevrouw aan de receptie is overigens wel een schat. Het appartementencomplex bestaat uit en oud en nieuw gedeelte. Het oude gedeelte is netjes onderhouden al zijn de appartementen gedateerd. Handdoeken service is af te raden omdat er voor 3 personen slechts 3 grote en 3 kleine handdoeken werden verstrekt voor 2 weken! Wij zaten aan de zijde met het mooiste uitzicht op het Gardameer. Helaas zit ook het zwembad aan deze zijde. Dit veroorzaakt een continue herrie van schreeuwende kinderen. Hier moet je dus wel tegen kunnen. We hadden om een rookvrije kamer gevraagd ivm astma dochter. Krijgen we een kamer boven een rookpunt van het zwembad! Service hoor! Hele vakantie met slaapkamerdeur dicht gezeten. Er hoort tevens een restaurant bij het complex. Eten is goed maar de bediening heeft duidelijke een aversie tegen Nederlanders? Waarom is ons een raadsel gebleven. Onze Duitse medemens kon later binnenkomen en toch 45 minuten eerder hun eten verwachten dan wij?! Parkeren bij het complex is door de gasten vh restaurant vaak niet mogelijk omdat zij de parkeerplaatsen bezetten. Broodjes service iedere morgen is perfect. In de wijde omtrek van 20 km is er slecht 1 kneuterige supermarkt. Busservice naar het strand en weer

Perfect staff, friendly and always eager to help. Fantastic view, nice pool and good food at the restaurant. Will definitely come back. Thanks for the baby bed and chair too.
