"We asked to see the room before check-in. The bedsheets were wrinkled and stained, we had foreign hair on the pillows and on the mattresses were strange black dots. The windows and the covers were fully stained with dead squashed insects, overall cleanliness was below any critic. Does not meet the standards of a hotel, although the price is there. "I will start with positive first. I am a family guy with two young kids and experienced in using apartments and understand what a good standard would be in the same budget.
Good point. Communication was very clear and quick.
Bad points. The utensils were incomplete and dirty marks. Liquid wash was finished. No hand wash in toilet and towels used were less than minimum and that too in different colours.

The only complaint was that the air conditioner did not cool the room enough, so we had to open the door, and the light woke us up very early in the morning. "This is very nice property located in a somewhat isolated area of Tihany. It is a very easy drive from Budapest on good highways. The resort has lots of amenities that look is definitely something out of the 1970s or 80s. But the staff was helpful, the food in the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner, was good.
