โEl lugar es hermoso, la atenciรณn es 11/10. Son muy amables, serviciales, atentos, queridos, el lugar es muy tranquilo pero hay algo que nos inquietรณ y es que tienen unos perros rotweiller amarrados y son condiciones podrรญan ser mejores, es un lunar a la vista que no es muy agradable. Los animalitos deberรญan estar sueltos, de resto todo es excelente. โ
โLugar mรกgico, el personal lo hace aรบn mejor, que maravilla de servicio, actitud alegre y muy dispuesta. El calentador es un poco pequeรฑo para el frรญo que hace. Volverรญa mil veces, pero con mรกs sacos...muuuucho frรญo.โ
โNo me respetaron la reserva. A pesar de que en Hoteles.com ofrecรญan pagar en el alojamiento me contactaron sugiriรฉndome consignar antes. Al final no viaje al hotel. Ya no podรญa confiar en el sitio. โ
โPaisaje bonito. El desayuno bueno. El aseo muy regular. Relaciรณn precio calidad mala, la comida es muy costosa para lo que sirven. La gaseosa, el agua y los servicios son muy costosos para lo que dan. No servรญa el tv ni el wifi. Agua casi frรญa y poca cantidad en la ducha. Personal la mayorรญa muy atentos. โ
โAbsolutely stunning and beautifully curated. The food and service were outstanding and the tour was awesome for everyone. I will definitely return and tell people to DEFINITELY come hereโ
โThis is not such paradise. Don't be deceived by the owner who misrepresents this place in the description and photos. For example, the owner doesn't disclose that this place lacks proper restrooms, and that it's next to one of the most polluted areas in Colombia -because of the brick's industries next to the property that pollute the air all day and night :(
On top of that, the owner double-booked our room and we ended-up with no hotel.โ
โNo one was there to receive us I spoke with one of your agent to make i was not charged on my card, the manager and no staff was at the facility,so we had to back to the small town , not a good experience with the hotelโ
โBuen lugar, muy bien ubicado para ir al parque Jaime duque y a Zipaquirรก, el estacionamiento es en el conjunto asรญ que no hay problema, buen internet, sรณlo faltรณ algunos productos de higiene como jabรณn para ducha, hay televisiรณn Smart Tv para conectarse a Youtube o Netflix pero no hay seรฑal por cable, de resto todo muy bien, productos de cocina disponibles para hacer de comer y ducha caliente.โ
