"Waiting for refund. Room booked through Expedia was not available at time of arrival. Hassle to deal with afterhours and limited availability with in the area to accommodate our stay needs. The bay front room we were assigned in error was not appealing. Smelled of smoke and did not feel clean. Was nothing like all the pictures shown in posting. "

We booked here for the convenience of being right on the bay for fishing and some stellar dining within walking distance.
