Lo que no me ha gustado ha sido que las hamacas estaban reservadas desde las 9 de la mañana sin ser ocupadas por nadie, nosotros no encontramos ni una libre hasta bien entrada la tarde cuando los extranjeros se iban!! La animación estupenda pero dirigida totalmente a los ingleses...en español ni las buenas noches. El personal muy amable, muy atento y educado.”

Mais vous ne trouverez pas d autres rapports qualité/prix aussi bon avec cette vue imprenable sur la mer et sa situation dans la vieille ville. Les chambres sont un peu vieillotes et la nourriture variée mais peu goûtée. SVP il y a du bon vin à Lanzarote : ne proposez plus votre piquette ! Pour la vue préférez les appartements 400 et plus.”

“We had an excellent time at this hotel. There was plenty for the kids to do. The staff were fantastic. The only downside was that I found that the beds weren't as comfortable as I had hoped. I think the mattresses are due a change. But other than that the hotel was excellent.”

The Maribel apartments in Puerto del carmen was one of the cheapest options and it suited us both fine. “We had an apartment in block 1 with a huge balcony which looked out to the sea. We didn’t have the upgraded apartments but they were still comfortable. There’s not much room around the pool in block 1. Lots of nice places to eat and drink nearby ”

“Absolutely loved this hotel. We were on a half board basis but everything was provided in the kitchen if self catering. Bungalow was lovely and right by the bottom pool. Television only had bbc news in English but you're on holiday and can catch up when back home. Food in restaurant was delicious and had different theme every night.”

Le point d’amélioration serait les ustensiles de cuisine qui sont vraiment très juste…3 fourchettes, 3 couteaux ect…de même un petit pack d’accueil avec condiments (sel poivre,huile et sucre) serait appréciable. “Great hotel great facilities hotel staff really nice. Food wasn’t as good this time but lots of choice and there is always something that we like. Only let down was cleaners come very early sometimes and on one occasion missed our room entirely. Reception corrected this and arranged new bedding brought to our even though it was 9pm at night. ”
