Neptune Luxury Resort

"Everything about Neptune was great, good sized suite for us and the kids, the staff were very friendly and the kids loved the pools and kids areas. We wish we’d booked for longer to make use of the other services, as we only stayed for 2 nights at end of our holiday as a treat, and would have been great to stay longer to enjoy the other activities and shows. Food could not be faulted, breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing with so much choice, and really enjoyed the Umami asian restaurant too. All in all a great end to our holiday to Kos!"

"We loved the self service stations for food whenever, and the number of bars was also great. Loved the number of pools and our private one with access to bigger pool was perfect. Only bad thing was We did the Candle Light dinner, which they forgot to setup when we arrived, so had to come set it up whilst we waited watching, forgot the candles, fairy lights didn ’t work etc. Food was good at least. They kindly refunded half the amount due to this which made it worth the money in the end."

"We had a great experience at Kos Palace. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast fantastic. The hotel has a beautiful pool area and right across the road is the beach. We loved the location as well. We highly recommend this hotel."

"Quiet hotel in a quiet area a few minutes walk away from both the main strip and beach. Studio was comfortable and fairly recently updated. Excellent pool and pool area. Staff / reception were friendly and helped quickly sort out problem with air-conditioning. Cleaned every day except Sunday although not necessarily always the most thorough - that's us being a bit picky! Overall though a good value-for-money place to stay and we'd stay again without any issue at all."
