“The hotel room was great, and overall we had a very nice stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff/service was excellent. My only complaint is that the air conditioner was positioned directly over the beds, so the cold air blew right on us while sleeping. It made the beds feel a little too cold, especially with the air blowing directly down. A simple improvement might be to add an air deflector or vent redirection cover to help direct the airflow away from the beds. Other than...

“The room was very clean and everything was new. However, we had to switch rooms bc of a terrible smell. The walls are paper thin. You can hear people next to you and they were not being excessively noisy but you could hear everything. There is a kitchenette but not a plate, paper towel or anything to even heat up something in the microwave. While leaving in the morning, my husband grabbed a cup of coffee in the lobby. There were no creamers or stirrers, lids etc. Just wasn't the best...

“The room was pretty clean. Under the ac and in the corners was dirty. Back of bathroom door was dirty. Water didn’t drain well in shower. One of the beds squeaked and popped every time I turned or got up or down. It was ok for a one night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“There were cockroaches in the room, the bathroom had cobwebs and the bathtub was dirty, and the microwave didn't work when we tried to heat our food. There was only a tiny one-and-a-half-inch bottle of shampoo. The hotel desperately needs maintenance, basic cleaning and bug control. See the pictures I uploaded”
