Un gran lugar para descansar.

La limpieza del cuarto fue excelente, el espacio bastante amplio, el baño muy amplio, solo que la regadera muy oscura, el wc no tiene puerta, tienes que cerrar todo desde la parte en donde está el lavadero (el cual no se me hizo estético, el que esté en primer lugar). La vista y otros detalles del cuarto son excelentes. No sabía que tenía cocineta, pero si llevas cosas para comer es una gran opción. El apoyo de la asistente y recepcionistas, fue excepcional.

No me respetaron el tipo de habitación que había reservado y me asignaron otra. Posteriormente me hablaron por teléfono que siempre si y me cambiaron nuevamente de habitación. Se ve que no tienen un buen control de las reservaciones.

No hicieron la limpieza de la habitacion. El restaurante no esta en funcionamiento. La puerta de la regadera necesita mantenimiento, y limpieza en la regadera.

Recibimos buen servicio y buen trato de parte del personal, sin embargo si se fueron algunos detalles, en ningún baño había jabón y ni siquiera una botella de agua en la habitación, parecen cosas mínimas pero son importantes

Estancia incómoda

En un inicio me dieron un cuarto que era tremendamente incómodo. No servia el agua caliente ni el cancel del baño. Había una bomba que se prendía cada media hora y no dejaba dormir. Al día siguiente solicite un cambio de habitación y el personal fue receptivo y amable. Lamentablemente solo estuve 2 días y uno de ellos fue una estancia incómoda.

La habitación muy limpia, pero lo malo que le hace falta mantenimiento a la fachada por qué de momento lo vez y dices a dónde reserve.

Falta mantenimiento en la regadera ya que derrepente sale agua caliente y luego ya no, hay que atinarle. Pintura en las paredes , estaban algo dañadas. Le falta capacitación para cobrar con las tarjetas digitales.Tube que utilizar una tarjeta física. Lo que me agrado mucho fue la ubicacion está todo muy cerca, tiene buen tamaño la habitación, muy cómodas las camas

En general muy bien, solamente que el baño el agua caliente de momento sale hirviendo y de momento sale helada, no hay forma de mantenerla en una temperatura fija. hay que tener cuidado con esos detalles.

La idea era recibir el nuevo año con alguien super especial, es decir, conmigo misma por eso viajé sola.
