“My room door did not stay shut without locking it, compared to the pictures this room was nothing like it. The whole hotel seemed much more dated than the pictures implied. Windows had to be left open due to the heat, and I woke up smelling of cigarette smoke from the smoking happening directly below my room. All my clothes then smelt of cigarette smoke smoke, and I am not a fan of smoking, and choose not to smoke for a reason! Not impressed at all.”

“Alles war rundum gut und es hat uns ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Vom Empfang über das Zimmer und das Frühstück, alles bestens. Tolle Lage. Spitzenmäßiges Restaurant.”

“Das Hotel wird gut gewartet, das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal ist sehr nett. Auch das Frühstück war reichhaltig. ​Man merkt der Ortschaft allerdings den Strukturwandel an – ehemals kamen über 1,5 Millionen Pilger hierher, mittlerweile sind es nur noch etwas über 100.000. ​Mein einziger Kritikpunkt betrifft die Kommunikation vorab: Meine Nachricht bezüglich der Reservierung eines Parkplatzes, die ich eine Woche vorher über Expedia (Funktion „Nachricht an die Unterkunft“) gesendet hatte,...
