"The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a funeral and they kindly allowed us to check in about 30 minutes early so we could get settled. They checked our room and found a problem and moved us to another room. I don't think they checked this one. This room was fine, but on closer inspection, the bathroom floor appeared not to have been swept. The shower floor appeared to have needed to be scrubbed, and the rubber splash guard had mold on it, so we ended up not showering. The beds were comfortable and we had a good night's rest. The carpeting in the hallways had been vacuumed with the exception of the doorways where it would take a little more effort to clean. They were dusty and had collected small pieces of odds and ends. I liked the clean lobby area where the small breakfast offerings were standard fare for a free breakfast, and there were many options for seating. They had a pool table, small gym and a pool, for guests who wanted to use them. The staff member who was cleaning up the breakfast area was delightful. She was efficient, but also very friendly making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, my experience was average there for an overnight stay, but I would appreciate a little more attention to cleanliness."

"Property showed signs of wear and tear. Scuffs and marks on the wall in the room. Loose screw in the shower. Caulking around the toilet was not where the toilet was. No free coffee. All ice machines on the each floor were broken. No free breakfast. The staff running the cafe for breakfast could not operate the cash register and the food was horrible. Had to wait longer than normal to get breakfast made, and we were the only ones that had ordered at that time. Will not stay at this location again."

"Unfortunately this trip our room was very subpar. We had to use the hand towels to wash the surfaces of the table, desk, etc because they were noticeably dirty. The bathroom wasn't ideal either. I understand there is wear and tear to be expected, but the grout was disgusting. We have noticed the B side of the hotel is dirtier than the rest of the hotel, the second floor hallway on this side has a really strong wet dog odor as well. We have stayed here at least 4 times in the last year but we are highly disappointed this stay. Honestly not sure if we will be back. "
