The room didn't look updated like the pictures online. The price didn't reflect the nothingness of the rented space. Dated carpeting had burn marks, bathroom light was dim, ice machine didn't work, and balcony screen door handle was missing.

The property was easy to get to off of the freeway and was surrounded by places to shop and eat. Staff were very friendly and it truly felt like they happy you were there. Facilities are clean but you could tell that it is on the older side. Nothing out of repair or anything, just the decor. Rooms are small but not unmanageable. Bed was moderately comfortable. Now, for the cons although it is a short list. Breakfast is not included in your stay. They do have a bistro in the lobby and even an egg with toast was $11. IHOP right across the street. My biggest complaint is that the walls are paper thin. You could hear people in the room next to us having a casual conversation and the people in the hallway all night were very loud. I used earplugs and that worked for the most part. There are no charging ports so be prepared.

Room 335. Sunday Sept. 24. Bed was very comfortable. Having a couch was very nice. A Bistro in lobby was nice but did not take advantage of it. Close to interstate so traffic could be heard. This room was on the end so closest to traffic. Also trains in the distance. Despite these things we slept well after a long day of travel. Elevators were sufficient. Ice machine on our floor did not have ice. TV was quite large but was on the side of the bed so quite awkward. For the price breakfast could have been included. Breakfast was available in the Bistro but prices were far to high for the few offerings.

Wonderful stay
I enjoyed my stay the only issue for me was the bed was too firm for me I have osteoarthritis of the spine and both hips other than that every thing was great I would consider returning when I'm in town again.

Nice hotel, hard bed.
Nice hotel near the airport (though not so close that the airplanes and traffic are noticeable). Nice room, though the bed was as hard as concrete. Good shower. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

Good overall stay
The staff was friendly when we arrived and helpful , room was clean, indoor pool was great, restaurants and shopping were close. It was a nice little day get away for us just to relax, swim and enjoy a day away from home. I do wish the cafe area had been open .

There is a lot of places to walk to. I really liked the "Bistro". Nice lobby. Main problem is Housekeeping only did my room once the whole time.

Customer service was splendid even though I spilled my drink at front desk and offered to clean it up they refused and instead offered me a new drink even though the drink was from Culver’s like seriously so nice of them bro!

First time staying here - very pleased. The courtyard is beautiful in the spring time. The courtyard was very quiet and relaxing on the night of our stay. I especially loved sitting on our balcony. I love balconies!! Pam at the front desk is delightful!! Her personality is well suited for her position!! She is definitely a keeper!!
