Mala experiencia general.

Muy mal. Quise contactarlos y envié 6 correos y nunca me contestaron. En su página tienen un enlace a whats app y no es el teléfono, te enlaza con un particular ajeno al hotel. El personal solamente hace su función (abrir el portón, cobrar, dar la llave pero no soluciona nada). El baño con una cortina muy sucia, la limpieza en general deficiente. El internet malísimo, se desconectaba muy seguido. En fin una mala experiencia. Se ve que los dueños no se aparecen ni de milagro.

Desde el momento de recibirnos son poco cordiales. Estacionamiento pequeño. Poca actitud de servicio. Las habitaciones muy descuidadas, colo olor a humedad. En nuestro caso la regadera se botó por la presión del agua. La comida (desayuno continental incluido) tenía la avena caducada desde 2021 (que asco). No lo recomiendo, precio excesivo para lo que ofrece. No volvería a hospedarme en él.

Tranquilo y limpio.

El Hotel está muy bonito y bien cuidado. Es tranquilo y callado, en la terraza se puede escuchar el Río que está varios metros hacia abajo. Pros: Tranquilo, casi nada de ruido, desayuno gratis, excelente servicio del personal, estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad, no tiene TV en la habitación (me ayudó a descansar y ningún vecino me despertó con su TV). Está bien cuidado, los muebles de la terraza son cómodos, el aire limpio. La habitación tiene chimenea, aunque no fue necesario usarla porque las cobijas fueron suficiente. Contras: No tiene Room service ni servicio de cocina. Los dulces que me vendieron estaban viejos, no los cambian en mucho tiempo y hay poca variedad en las botanas. Recomiendo abastecerse bien en otro lado si eres de los que les da hambre o quieres botanear en la noche. El WiFi es inestable, a veces no sirve o es muy lento. Sí lo recomiendo, espero que mejoren en los contras que mencioné, por fortuna no fueron graves para mi experiencia y necesidades.

La estancia fue buena en general, buena atención, instalaciones cómodas buena vista. El único detalle que pienso podrían cuidar es atención la habitación. En esta caso, falto rollo de papel de baño y jabones. De ahí en fuera todo estuvo bastante bien

No calentaba el jacuzzi ... Sólo una persona recibía y el se encargaba de hacer todo. Intentar calentar el jacuzzi, tendernos la cama extra, traernos toallas, muy amable pero siento que les falta personal de servicio.

El personal del hotel tiene una excelente actitud y atención, en general las instalaciones bien, solo que las habitaciones son amplias y demasiado frías. La fogata en la habitación hace ameno el lugar para calentar la habitación, como toda fogata suele hacer mucho humo, en la regadera se enfría el agua muy rápido. No hay teléfono en la habitación, TV, y el WiFi no funciona.

Lindo lugar, mala experiencia..

El hotel no se encontraba realmente limpio, al tratar de tomar un libro que tienen en la terraza, se encontraban llenos de telarañas y polvo. Las noches eran muy frías y cuando tomamos las cobijas extras de la habitación, olían realmente mal y las tuvimos que sacudir ya que tenían mucho polvo. Nuestra habitación no contaba con agua caliente para bañarnos. Muy linda las personas encargadas, pero es una lastima la falta de limpieza y que se rente una habitación sin agua caliente. La señal de internet no llega bien a las habitaciones, es muy lento cuando uno logra conectarse.

Por el precio pagado esperaba mas del hotel, el problema principal es que cuenta con un WIFI muy rudimentario y el segundo es que el pasillo es muy ruidoso y hay poca privacidad entre recamaras. Ojo, las habitaciones no cuentan con TV
